Lol.

I can remember living over there and going to a butcher to get a joint of Beef for a Sunday Roast. I had to ask for the fat as they just took it all off. They have to me this chunk of what looked like processed fat.

Although I worked for Domeco in Helmond cutting up pigs, I'd sneak bacon back with me from the U.K. when I visited home.

We keep getting told salt and sugar is bad for you. They’ve been taking it out of foods for years, then a confectionary craze of salter caramel comes out and that’s okay, it’s literally salted sugar in fluid form, crazy.

The Sunday Roast is traditionally the one day a week where family came together, sat and ate. It’s not done so much now but come on, roast beef, Yorkshire puddings, carrot and swede mash, mashed potatoes, roast potatoes, peas, honey roast parsnips thick onion gravy with some beef juices and maybe pigs in blankets.

With rhubarb crumble and hot custard or gooseberry pie and hot custard for dessert.

I know what I'm making for breakfast on Wednesday. Lol.
